The 2011 NEBO Certification Examination for Ocularists will be administered and processed by CASTLE Worldwide Services, Inc. of Raleigh, NC.   The Certification Examination will be a new day and time, i.e., Tuesday afternoon, October 25, 2011, 1 pm until 5 pm. The location will be at the Rosen Shingle Creek Hotel, 9939 Universal Boulevard, Orlando, FL 32819, 1 (866) 996-9939, Fax: (407) 996-9938. The exam room “Rosen Shin Wekiwa 3”. Please confirm the exam room when you arrive at the hotel. This is the afternoon on the last day of the American Society of Ocularists, ASO meeting.

Application Deadline will be Monday, July 25, 2011

The 2011 exam scores will not be available until late March/early April, 2012.

Continuing Education Credits accumulated outside of the American Society of Ocularists (ASO)

 can be applied for with this application.
